Webinar: Work at Height, Fall Prevention and Protection

Natalia Olive - Safety Education and ConsultingFall are the #1 cause of death in the construction industry, by far (39% according to OSHA). It is also the #2 cause of occupational deaths overall (16%), trailing transportation incidents. Notably, falls from relatively low drops can be fatal, and it is easy to underestimate the potential hazard.

We will review the impact of falls from elevation and the same level, as well as some portable tools available for working at height. We will also discuss strategies to implement efficient fall prevention systems and effective fall protection equipment.
