One remarkable example of this is Alcoa, where they experienced significant success after their incoming CEO, Paul O’Neill, positioned Safety as the company’s single priority in 1987. We will be using their example to see how the connection between Leadership and Safety plays out in “real life”.

This fully interactive session will center on why good leadership matters so much, and we will review key Leadership skills that truly make a difference.
